HELC is managed by a Board of Trustees which are nominated by existing Board of Trustees.  Any parent or community leader is eligible to serve on the Board of Trustees. 

The number one responsibility of the Board of Trustees is to serve as fidicuary agents of HELC and to hire and supervise the Center Director. 

There are currently Board of Trustee vacancies and anyone interested in serving should contact Bob Visalli, the Board of Trustees President, at bvisalli@centurytel.net.
